It's all about the Connection

The HQ for the largest steel manufacturing and erection company in the country presented a unique design opportunity. Design elements of heavy steel columns and I-beams were fabricated and installed by the Client throughout to divide spaces and provide interest. Bolted connections are proudly on display as examples of their work. The concrete floors were left exposed and the ceilings removed. To add warmth and texture a reclaimed brick wall, sliding wood barn and pivot doors were added.

A Family Gem

Floating warm wood, contrasted by glass, metal tile with sparks of color and lighting add interest and texture to this open collaborative space.

A low quartz and metal tile wall defines the space while affording visual privacy to the café and bench seating beyond. Strong angular ceilings support the design and playful pendant lights anchor the seating areas. Alphabet soup red wall covering was selected for the main space while all other walls were used to display the family heritage with vintage soup labels and family history photos.

IPRO

Promoting collaboration, retention, and recruitment of highly talented people was the focus of Ipro’s newly designed office space.   The design created a space that promotes and cultivates creativity and innovation.  They changed their corporate culture to reflect an “open work environment” by moving offices to the interior and allowing for natural light to flood the office space. Ipro’s distinct signature colors are used throughout the space to guide users to points of interest, while solidifying the Ipro brand.  Overall, the design concept reinforces Ipro Tech as the global leaders in development of advance software solutions.

DICKINSON WRIGHT

The simple elegance of clean lines, sophistication, and complimentary contrasts of warm wood tones and crisp polished marble helped transform the image of this well-established law firm.  Relocated to an iconic high-rise in Midtown Phoenix, you are welcomed by the surrounding breathtaking views.  The monumental staircase of fierce metal and clear glass marries the main two floors.  We’ve subtly incorporated their existing signature yellow and new corporate culture throughout the design using carefully chosen design features, materials and artwork.  As you experience the space layers of texture, masculinity and elements of glimmer unfold.

At night is when the plaza comes to life, a central backlit glass cube emits light in all directions in the center of three canopies and near the sound of a 40 foot reflecting fountain surrounded by trees and flowers.
